A fixed mindset is the belief that you are born a certain way, with a certain amount of intelligence or a certain personality that you cannot change.

A growth mindset is the belief that the traits that make you who you are, such as your intelligence, can be cultivated and changed through effort.

This app will lead you through 3 different modules that will cover the basics of Growth Mindset.

Module 1: The Growth Mindset

Learn the basics about Growth and Fixed Mindsets. You will also learn that most people tend to have a mix of both mindsets as well as some other common misconceptions.

Module 2: The Truth About Your Brain

Learn about Neuroplasticity - how your brain changes and grows when you challenge yourself, and how this relates to having a Growth Mindset.

Module 3: Learning From Our Mistakes

Learn how mistakes are a key part of the learning process, though both can be helpful and harmful depending on how you use them. Having a Growth Mindset allows you to take advantage of mistakes instead of letting them deter you. The growth mindset helps to identify the positive opportunities that come out of mistakes.
